End-user License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Betsens, a company under Belgian law, with its registered office at Sq. Victoria Régina 1, 1210 Brussels, Belgium, registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under company number BE0777.410.359 ("Tripolar BV"), governing the use of the Betsens app.
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Betsens hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Betsens app on your mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Betsens app.
- Use the Betsens app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Betsens app.
- Share your license key or login credentials with any third party.
- Use the Betsens app to infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
3. Ownership
You acknowledge and agree that Betsens retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Betsens app, including all intellectual property rights therein. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights to the Betsens app.
4. Updates
Betsens may, from time to time, provide updates or upgrades to the Betsens app. You agree to promptly install any updates or upgrades provided by Betsens.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by either party. Betsens may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any of the terms or conditions of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA, you must cease all use of the Betsens app and destroy all copies of the Betsens app in your possession or control.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Betsens app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Betsens, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Betsens app.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Betsens regarding your use of the Betsens app and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
